Farideh brings a unique blend of expertise to her role as a dental office manager, drawing from her educational background in psychology and counseling. Graduating from the University of Mashhad with a bachelor’s degree in general psychology, she gained a deep understanding of human behavior and communication—skills invaluable in patient care and staff management. Furthering her education with a master’s degree in counseling, Farideh honed her ability to empathize and connect with individuals, qualities that enhance her effectiveness in ensuring patient satisfaction and fostering a positive clinic environment.

Mahbuba has a degree in business administration and accounting. She gained valuable experience as she worked with numerous different international non-profit organizations. She further enriched her knowledge by improving her skill set through years of working in the customer service industry. Mahbuba is fluent in four different languages, English, Farsi, Hindi, and Kurdish.

Mahbuba is a people person and enjoys being a valuable member of the Howe Dental team that strives to make each patient's experience positive and welcoming. In Mahbuba's spare time, she likes to hang out with family and friends, read and walk in the woods.

Blanca graduated high school in 2020 and is currently a dedicated business student pursuing her Bachelor's in marketing. Over the years, Blanca has accumulated vast and diverse volunteer experiences that have provided her exposure to various work environments and experience with a wide range of age groups. Such as the senior home, community center, preschool, library, and so forth. The acquisition of numerous jobs in different work sectors allowed her to develop crucial skills in customer service, time management, and reliability. In particular, Blanca has had the opportunity to acquire a position as a swim instructor, lifeguard, secretary and administration in dentistry, and digital marketing and business relations coordinator for dental implants.

The roles associated with her previous positions have taught her principles of dedication, service, and leadership which have shaped her into the diligent and determined individual she is today. Blanca enjoys spending her free time engaging in rewarding activities such as volunteering with impactful organizations, swimming, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends. Blanca is currently working towards obtaining her Master's in marketing and developing a platform to launch social media and digital marketing management services.

Nali is our friendly and caring Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene in 2020.
Nali is very passionate about oral health education and providing a personable and comforting experience for all of her patients.

She is a motivated and compassionate Certified dental assistant with an easygoing personality. Graduated from Vancouver Community College in 2017. Has extensive experience providing excellent support during dental exams and procedures. Committed to providing a relaxed and comfortable environment in which patients feel welcomed and confident in the care they receive.
