Dr. Sowmya Arora
Dr. Arora is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles that last a lifetime. She provides comprehensive general and family dentistry, with a special interest in cosmetic and restorative treatments, including Invisalign. With a gentle, patient-focused approach, she strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their dental care.
As a member of the British Columbia Dental Association (BCDA) and the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), Dr. Arora is committed to lifelong learning and staying current with advancements in modern dentistry. She welcomes patients of all ages and is proud to offer care in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, helping patients feel comfortable and understood.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Arora enjoys discovering new cuisines, reading, and travelling with her husband and daughter.

Dr. Saeed Refaei
Dr. Refaei brings decades of surgical and implant experience to Howe Dental, helping patients rebuild their smiles with comfort and confidence. He takes a personalized approach to implant and surgical dentistry, developing treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. His extensive experience and commitment to precision support long-term oral health, function, and lasting results.
Dr. Refaei is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He is dedicated to continuing education, regularly advancing his knowledge and skills to provide patients with modern, evidence-based care.
Our Dentists
Dr. Parand Keshavarzi
Dr. Keshavarzi has spent more than 20 years treating gum disease and placing dental implants. She completed the Canadian equivalency process and all National Dental Examining Board of Canada exams, becoming a certified general dentist in Canada in 2017. Her work spans surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy, regenerative procedures, implant placement and aesthetic dentistry. Patients appreciate that she explains each step and designs plans aimed at keeping teeth healthy for the long term.
